At Solana Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

       Item is in its original, unworn condition

       Item is free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear

       Item is returned in its original packaging

       Proof of purchase is included

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

       Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry

       Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

       Gift cards

       Items returned after 15 days of delivery

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return with a picture of the any issue. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with your return authorization and instructions.

Please do not send items back without receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

       Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

       Refunds are issued to the original payment method

       Original shipping costs are non-refundable

       Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shopsolanajewelry.com with photos of the damage. We will cover all shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@shopsolanajewelry.com within 30 days of delivery.
